Barrhead

Welcome to Barrhead United Reformed Church

You will find us at the corner of Arthurlie Street and Lowndes Street, Barrhead, G78 2RB, where you can find us in the hall within the gardens of the Reid Trust Houses.  We gather for worship every Sunday at 11:15am, together with our friends from Barrhead Methodist Church, the church is fully accessible.

Our worship consists of lively singing of hymns, prayers, readings and a short reflection linking the bible passages read to our everyday lives of discipleship.  On the first Sunday of the month we celebrate communion.

Our Church Café opens on a Wednesday and Thursday from 10am – 1pm (during term time), where food, laughter, and fellowship go hand in hand.

Wednesday afternoon sees our Friendship group gathering from 2pm-3pm, games and chats around the tables are a constant.

The Tweenies children’s group meet on a Wednesday night 6pm-7pm.

Our hall is also utilised by many other groups and further information is available on our “what’s going on” page.

We can also be found on Facebook and Instagram – where you will be able to catch up with what is happening in the church.

Our door is open and you are welcome to join us, come as you are, there is always a seat available if you need to chat.
